United Technologies Corp. (UTX) has acquired Predikto Inc., an Atlanta-based predictive analytics software company.

Terms of the deal weren't disclosed.

Mario Montag, chief executive of Predikto, will assume the role of chief data and analytics officer for United Technologies.
