Terrafina Announces Contract Extension of Market Maker Agreement

Terrafina (“Terrafina” or “the Company”) (BMV: TERRA13), a
leading Mexican industrial real estate investment trust (“FIBRA”),
externally advised by PGIM Real Estate and dedicated to the
acquisition, development, lease and management of industrial real
estate properties in Mexico, today announced a contract extension
of the market maker agreement services with UBS Casa de Bolsa, S.A.
de C.V., UBS Grupo Financiero (UBS Mexico). The 12-month extension
will begin on May 7, 2018.
UBS Mexico will continue to serve as market maker for
Terrafina’s certificates traded on the Mexican Stock Exchange
(Bolsa Mexicana de Valores). As market maker, UBS Mexico will
participate in the daily trading of Terrafina’s certificates. The
program is intended to further improve liquidity in Terrafina’s
certificates over the long term, facilitating investors’ trading
activity of such certificates.
