Cloud Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: SSC) ("SSC" or "Seven Stars Cloud" or
the "Company"), announced today a change to the Company's
independent registered public accounting firm.
BF Borgers CPA PC ("BF Borgers") will succeed Grant Thornton,
China, member firm of Grant
Thornton International ("Grant Thornton"), as the Company's
independent public accounting firm and BF Borgers will review the
Company's financial statements for the quarter and year ending
December 31, 2017 and beyond.
The replacement of Grant Thornton was approved by the Audit
Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company.
The decision to change auditors was not the result of any
disagreement between the Company and Grant Thornton on any matter
of accounting principles or practices, financial statement
disclosure or auditing scope or procedures. SSC would like to
take this opportunity to express its sincere gratitude to the Grant
Thornton team for their services rendered to the Company over the
past year.
