Korn Ferry (NYSE:KFY) today announced that Robert Li has joined the firm as a senior client partner, based in Hong Kong.

Li has in-depth corporate and consulting experience, specializing in executive compensation and Board/Committee advisory. He is well-versed in broad-based compensation, mergers and acquisitions and business performance management.

Li joins us from an international consulting firm, where he led a consulting team in areas of senior executive reward design, strategic remuneration direction setting, tactical program design and implementation, business performance benchmarking and management, and staffing model/organization structure review.

Previously, Li was with a consulting firm where he provided reward and business performance advisory to major international, regional and local financial institutions. He also took on various leadership corporate reward roles at several reputable financial institutions.

Li earned his MBA at Andrews University in Berrien Springs, Michigan.
