Departure of Officer
On June 10, 2018, Bin Liu tendered his
resignation as Chief Risk Officer of AGM Group Holdings Inc. (the “Company”), effective June 15, 2018. Mr. Liu’s
resignation was not a result of any disagreement with the Company’s operations, policies or procedures.
The resignation
was approved by the Board of Directors of the Company on June 13, 2018. The Company has decided that the position is not necessary
and does not expect to appoint successor to this position.
