Attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report on Form 6-K is a copy of the press release of Aegean Marine Petroleum Network Inc. (the "Company"), dated April 17, 2018, announcing the appointment of Pavlos Papageorgiou as the Company's Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Papageorgiou succeeds Spyros Gianniotis, who will continue to act as an independent consultant to the Company.
