PKGM), announces today it has taken delivery of the ‘mining
rigs’ its ordered with their 48 mining units enclosed and the pilot
will commence shortly.
Pocket Games, Inc. recently announced that its
subsidiary, PocketChain LLC, would deploy a pilot of 48 mining
units to test the return on investment of a mining operation with
the aim of ramping up to over 2000 mining units across many
hundreds of mining rigs. To this end, management is heading to New
Jersey in March to identify appropriate warehousing with sufficient
‘clean power’ to be able to handle an operation of that
size.

re-affirms that our authorized share reduction of 50% is
our commitment to shareholders and the remaining shares
for issuance are held in reserve for things like Mergers
& Acquisitions as we eye a potential crypto-mining roll-up

Pocket Games, Inc. is currently developing its

Crypto mining.

Company previously announced that it had filed with the State of
Florida to reduce its authorized share capital by half and this
became effective with the state on 16th February.
