Acquisition will partner two national
government cooperative purchasing leaders for combined savings and
value for public agencies
OMNIA Partners announces that it has entered into a definitive
agreement to purchase Communities Program Management, LLC (CPM),
the organization that staffs and manages the operations of the U.S.
Communities Government Purchasing Alliance (U.S. Communities).
The U.S. Communities program provides world class procurement
resources and solutions to local and state government agencies,
school districts (K-12), higher education, and nonprofits.
Participants have access to a broad line of competitively solicited
contracts with best in class national suppliers.
OMNIA Partners is a national group purchasing organization
composed of three subsidiaries: National IPA, Prime
Advantage, and Corporate United.

The acquisition is subject to customary closing conditions and
