As a result of the recent change in control of the Registrant. the Registrant could not complete the required financial statements and accompanying notes for the quarter ended March 31, 2018, without unreasonable effort and expense. The registrant undertakes the responsibility to file such report no later than five (5) days after its original due date as permitted under Rule 12b-25.
