US Highland, Inc. (the “Company”) is filing this Notification of Late Filing on Form 12b-25 (the “Form 12b-25”) with respect to its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2017 (the “Annual Report”). The Company has determined that it is unable to file the Annual Report within the prescribed time period without unreasonable effort or expense. The reason for the delay is the Company has been unable to timely compile all information for the financial statements and related disclosures required to be included in its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2017. The Company expects to file the Annual Report on or before fifteenth calendar day following the prescribed due date.
