NB Private Equity Partners Announces Additional U.S. Dollar Quotation on
the London Stock Exchange

Further to its announcement on 3 September 2018 outlining several
corporate governance and strategic initiatives, NB Private Equity
Partners Limited ("NBPE" or the "Company"), a closed-end private equity
investment company, today confirms its intention to introduce an
additional market quote in U.S. Dollars for the Company's Class A Shares
traded on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.
This quotation will operate alongside the Company's existing Sterling
quotation in London and, for such time as the Class A Shares remain
listed on Euronext Amsterdam, its U.S. Dollar quotation on Euronext
Amsterdam. The Company expects that trading in U.S. Dollars of its
Class A Shares on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange will take
effect from 8 October 2018. There are no changes to the legal form or
nature of the Class A Shares.
As set out in the table below:
-- The existing ISIN will apply for the Sterling quote and the U.S. Dollar
quotes;
-- The existing SEDOLs and TIDMs will continue to apply for the Sterling
quote on the London Stock Exchange and the U.S. Dollar quote on Euronext
Amsterdam; and
-- A new SEDOL and TIDM will be introduced for the U.S. Dollar quote on the
London Stock Exchange:
