Metals Exploration Defers Loan Repayments Until End of July

Metals Exploration PLC (MTL.LN) said Friday that its senior
lenders, HSBC Holdings PLC (HSBA.LN) and BNP Paribas SA (BNP.FR),
have agreed to defer loan repayments worth $20.3 million until the
end of July.
The mineral exploration and development company said it will
make payments that were due in December 2017, and then March and
June this year, on July 31.
