Media Alert: Juniper Networks Brings Simplicity in Engineering to Mobile World Congress 2018
February 22 2018 - 6:00AM
Juniper Networks (NYSE:JNPR), an industry leader in automated,
scalable and secure networks, will provide attendees at this year’s
Mobile World Congress insights into how simplicity in engineering
can reduce operational complexity, secure network infrastructure
and innovate services as they transform to a 5G/IoT Distributed
Mobile Cloud. The 5G and IoT offerings - including professional
services – due to be highlighted at Hall 2, booth
#2J60
/booth 2J61 will cover infrastructure,
software and security solutions through a variety of
demonstrations, delivered by subject matter experts and key
partners.
“Simple is harder than complex. Simple is a huge feat of
engineering,” explained Rami Rahim, chief executive officer at
Juniper Networks. “We have always been about innovation, and we
believe that creating simplicity through engineering is
innovation’s highest form. At this year’s MWC, we will show exactly
how operators and service providers can simplify the transformation
to a 5G and IoT distributed cloud. For Juniper, that translates to
simplified architectures and easy integration with standardized
connectivity, as well as exemplifying how our self-driving network
offerings can simplify the ever-increasing management and
operational complexity of a service provider’s network through
automation, telemetry, intent and machine-learning.”
Juniper’s Show Highlights
- During the show, Juniper will show how its Distributed Mobile
Cloud Solutions can help tame the complexity and overcome the
challenges of the transformation to a 5G/IoT environment by taking
advantage of its world-class engineering and innovation. These
solutions will help mobile operators:
Accelerate 5G/IoTJuniper will demonstrate how
operators can build an extensive and robust infrastructure capable
of meeting the performance, latency and massive scale demands of 5G
and IoT services. This includes how they can leverage CPE, access
(cell site + wired), aggregation and CO/POPs as layers of
virtualized computing, networking and storage for new high-value
services.
Drive AgilityBy utilizing predictive and
adaptive software platforms, service providers can learn how to
implement enhanced orchestration, telemetry, analytics and machine
learning across their networks.
Build TrustThrough a portfolio of physical and
virtual security system solutions, Juniper will highlight how it
can help mobile operators scale up and scale out the protection of
their networks - and that of their customers.
