NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTION BY A DIRECTOR/PERSON DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY

The Company was notified that, on 5 March 2018, Michael Rice, a person discharging managerial responsibility in the Company ("PDMR"), acquired Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Shares") at nil cost following the vesting of a conditional share award under the Company's Performance Share Plan and sold a number of those Shares at the price shown below, mostly to cover the tax and social security due upon exercise of the options. He retained the balance of the Shares. The Shares acquired were existing Shares in issue held by the Jardine Lloyd Thompson Group plc Employee Share Trust.
