J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. (JPM) is poised to sell its U.S. metal concentrates business, Reuters reported Friday, citing two sources informed of the deal.

A sale could be announced as soon as Monday, although the size of the deal and the buyer weren't clear, according to the report.

A spokeswoman for J.P. Morgan declined to comment to Reuters.
