Explanation of Responses:
(1)  The 15,149,663,080 shares of the Issuer's common stock were authorized to be issued to the Reporting Person by the Issuer's Board of Directors as partial satisfaction of the Reporting Person's wages, which have been accumulating since approximately February 16, 2017.
(2)  The shares of the Issuer's common stock authorized to be issued to the Reporting Person were deemed to be issued at that day's stock price as quoted on Link ATS.

Remarks:
The Issuer's common stock authorized to be issued to the Reporting Person are pre-reversal shares, which will be subject to the ratio of the split down proportionate to all of the holders of the Issuer's common stock.
