Global Mobility Solutions (GMS) recently hosted its annual forum,
an event recognizing members of its Premier Alliance Network – an
elite partnership of relocation service providers. This year's
forum was held on Thursday, February
8, at the Hotel Valley Ho in Scottsdale. This year's theme was "Service
Never Goes out of Style," and the forum focused on recent
developments within the relocation management industry.

Client Panel
The forum featured a Client Panel where clients were
introduced to over 130 Partner Network attendees along with the
specific topic they were asked to present. Clients then described
their relocation program in terms of the specific topic, and took
questions from the participants. The clients followed this process
for about 10 minutes at each of five different tables, allowing the
attendees to hear from all clients about the following five
different relocation industry topics:
- New Tax Law affecting Corporate Relocations
- Attracting and Retaining Talent in Challenging
Locations
- Requests for Proposals
- Aligning Talent and Mobility
- Formalizing Short-Term Assignments
GMS recognizes outstanding contributions to its clients

key indicators of quality and reliability among relocation
providers.

St. Mary's Food Bank Donation
The 2018 Partner Forum also provided an opportunity for
GMS and its Premier Alliance Network to show their shared
commitment to social and philanthropic causes. This commitment
includes significant efforts to end hunger in local communities.
This year's forum featured both an online pre-forum raffle and an
in-forum raffle resulting in a donation of over 55,000 meals to St.
Mary's Food Bank in Phoenix.
Raffle prizes, which were all donated by members of the Premier
Alliance Network, included an iPad pro, a weekend getaway
(including accommodations, car rental, and $500 gift card), two individual smart home
starter kits, a bluetooth speaker, a Nintendo switch, and a
personal drone.
