Gazprom: Naftogaz Taking Action in Switzerland to Enforce Arbitration Ruling

Gazprom PJSC (GAZP.RS) said Thursday that Ukraine's Naftogaz is
taking action in Switzerland to enforce a Swedish arbitration
tribunal's ruling that ordered the Russian company to pay a
compensation of $2.56 billion.
Gazprom said it hasn't yet received an official notification of
the procedure, but it will defend its rights in accordance with the
applicable legislation.
On Feb. 28, the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber
of Commerce awarded compensation of $2.56 billion to Naftogaz after
finding that Gazprom had failed to pump the full amount of gas as
stated in a supply contract.
