Dr Caroline Brown to Join Earthport Board
Earthport plc (AIM: EPO.L), the leading cross-border payment
network, is pleased to announce that Dr Caroline Brown has agreed
to join Earthport's Board as a Non-executive Director.
Dr Brown is an experienced finance executive and Board member of
listed companies. She currently chairs the audit committee of
Luceco plc, an industrial technology business, which was admitted
to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange in
October 2016. She has also chaired the audit committees of WSP
Group plc, Bridge Energy ASA and Intelligent Energy Holdings plc.
She has held senior finance roles including at a division of a FTSE
100 company and more recently, AIM listed KBC Advanced Technologies
plc. Dr Brown is a qualified accountant and has also worked in
corporate finance at Merrill Lynch, UBS and HSBC.
Dr Brown holds a First Class degree and PhD in Natural Sciences
from the University of Cambridge, a Masters of Business
Administration from the Cass Business School and is a Fellow of the
Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
The appointment is subject to receipt of the standard regulatory
approvals from the Financial Conduct Authority and HMRC.

Caroline Brown does not hold any shares in the Company.
For the purposes of paragraph (g) (v) of Schedule 2 to the AIM
Rules for Companies, Caroline Brown resigned as a director of Play
to Win TV Limited on 6 February 2007. Play to Win TV Limited
entered liquidation on 1 July 2007.
There are no further disclosures to be made in accordance with
Rule 17, Schedule Two paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies
in respect of the appointment of Caroline Brown, who is aged
54.
