Dollar Climbs Ahead Of U.S. Consumer Sentiment Index

The University of Michigan's consumer sentiment index for
September will be released at 10.00 am ET Friday. The consensus is
for 97.0, slightly up from 96.2 last month.
Ahead of the data, the greenback rose against its major
rivals.
The greenback was worth 112.03 against the yen, 0.9667 against
the franc, 1.3094 against the pound and 1.1668 against the euro as
of 9:55 am ET.
