(b) Resignation of Officer

 

Effective October 21, 2018, for personal reasons, Yossi Keret resigned from his position of Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Yossi Keret will continue to serve as a consultant and perform financial services for the Company. The Company’s Chief Executive Officer, Shlomi Palas, will serve as acting Chief Financial Officer until arrangements have been made to retain a new person for this office.
