On October 2, 2018, Genesis Healthcare, Inc. (“Genesis”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing the completion of a sale of skilled nursing facilities in Texas.  A copy of the Press Release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
