Item 8.01 Other Information.

 

On September 26, 2018, the Registrant issued a press release disclosing the execution of a license and distribution agreement between an agricultural chemical company and the Registrant’s wholly-owned operating subsidiary, Paradigm Convergence Technologies Corporation, for the treatment of citrus greening (Huanglongbing). A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
