Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On September 4, 2018, M. Paul DeBonis, Jr. ceased to serve as Chief Operating Officer of Keane Group, Inc. (the "Company"). Mr. DeBonis will remain with the Company in the role of Advisor to the Chairman. In connection with his transition, Mr. DeBonis will continue to receive payments and benefits as provided under and subject to the conditions set forth in his existing employment agreement with the Company.
