(b) On August 15, 2018, Anadarko Petroleum Corporation (“Anadarko”) announced that Mr. Robert K. Reeves, Executive Vice President, Law and Chief Administrative Officer, will retire from Anadarko effective on or before December 31, 2018. Mr. Reeves provided notice of his intention to retire on August 14, 2018, and will serve as Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer until his retirement. The press release has been filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report and is incorporated by reference herein.
