On June 26, 2018, CymaBay Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) plans to make a slide presentation (the “Presentation”) at its previously announced analyst and investor day. Attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report are the slides from the Presentation that update the Company’s clinical development programs. These slides will also be posted to the corporate website.
