On April 16, 2018, SELLAS Life Sciences Group, Inc. (“we,” “us,” “our” and the “company”) issued a press release announcing our financial results for the year ended December 31, 2017 and providing an update on recent business developments. A copy of the press release is attached to this Report as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
