8.01 Other Events.
On
January 25, 2018, Soligenix, Inc. (the “Company”) distributed a letter (the “Letter”) to shareholders
and other Company contacts and issued a press release (the “Press Release”) containing a copy of the Letter. The Letter
provided a summary of the Company’s progress during 2017 and updated guidance on the Company’s development programs.
Also on January 25, 2018,
the Company updated its corporate presentation (the “Presentation”) to reflect the information contained in the Letter.
Copies
of the Press Release and the slides from the Presentation are attached hereto as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2, respectively. The
attached materials will be posted on the Company’s website at www.soligenix.com. The Company does not undertake
to update the Presentation.
