Item 7.01       Regulation FD Disclosure
 
On September 15, 2017, following the evacuation of its Sint Maarten campus in the wake of Hurricane Irma, Adtalem Global Education Inc.'s American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine ("AUC") informed its students at a town hall meeting of its intention to temporarily relocate AUC operations to, and resume classes in, the United Kingdom.  Adtalem and AUC leadership are working to finalize plans and required arrangements, including regulatory approvals and student accommodations, in advance of a targeted class start date of September 29, 2017.
