We held our 2017 Annual Meeting of Shareholders on June 22, 2017.  One matter was voted upon at the meeting; (1) the election of two Class II directors.

 

Mr. Joel E. Rodgers, Sr. and Mr. Douglas I. McCree were elected to the board of directors at the meeting.  The number of votes case for and the number of votes withheld as to each director nominee appear below:
