Partnerships Provide Best-In-Class Tools to
Help Small Business Manage Mission Critical Operations
Further positioning itself as the partner-of-choice for small
businesses and merchants, Clover, a First Data Company, today
announced the addition of two new partners to its network: Nav and
AP Intego. These companies are dedicated to the small business
community, providing merchants with the ability to manage their
businesses across credit reporting and commercial insurance. In
addition, Clover has deepened its integration with Gusto, a small
business payroll, benefits and human resources service provider
that has been a Clover partner since 2016.
Nav, AP Intego and an enhanced integration with Gusto are the
latest organizations to join Clover’s developer platform network.
The announcement was presented at Money 20/20, (October 21-24, Las
Vegas, NV).
“As we accelerate Clover’s position as the trusted partner for
small businesses, it’s essential that we partner and integrate with
best-of-breed organizations that can help our merchants operate and
grow their business,” said John Beatty, CEO of Clover. “We will
continue to expand our POS solutions and integrations with
organizations that align with our mission, passion and commitment
to small businesses. Clover is quickly becoming a hub for small
businesses to see and control their entire operation.”
Nav: Best-in-Class Credit Reporting
& Merchant-Tailored Financing Options
Nav is the leading Business Financial Management app offering
free access to personal and business credit reports from major
consumer and commercial credit bureaus. This alliance gives
Clover’s merchants the ability to instantly access their Experian
Intelliscore Plus℠ and Dun & Bradstreet PAYDEX® business credit
scores. Lenders, buyers and suppliers use data from these scores to
underwrite businesses terms. Additionally, merchants receive
business health reports and have access to more than 110 of the
best financing and credit card options, including SBA and long-term
loans, lines of credit, invoice financing and medical practice
loans. Nav’s robust marketplace matches merchants to their best
financing options based on approval odds determined by their
business’ data, making it quick and easy for Clover merchants to
access affordable, transparent funding options without investing a
lot of time and effort.
With the Nav partnership, Clover merchants can easily add a
business credit snapshot directly into their dashboard free of
charge. Merchants also have the opportunity to upgrade their
account to receive premium, 24/7 business credit monitoring and
alerts.
“We’re excited to partner with Clover as its exclusive provider
of credit reporting for its network of merchants,” said Levi King,
Nav CEO and Co-Founder. “At Nav, we know that in order for small
business owners to grow they must have the ability to manage
creditworthiness and an understanding of their business’ financial
health. We are proud to be integrated into the Clover dashboard and
look forward to helping merchants understand and access business
credit reports and financing options.”
