NewsWire -- Trans Global Group, Inc. (OTCPK:
TGGI) subsidiary Cannabis Consortium, Inc. will retain the
audit firm of Malone Bailey to roll forward the audit of Bahamas
Development Corporation (OTCPK:
BDCI) through the end of Fiscal year 2017.
Prior management became aware of an issue that prevented them
from using the audited financials of BDCI. Cannabis Consortium
after discussing the issue and a work around for the issue with
Malone Bailey are able to continue the audit and use the work
completed that includes audits for 2014, 2015, and the first 9
month of 2016.
Cannabis Consortium will reengage Malone Bailey to complete the
audits of 2016 and 2017 and use those financials for a Form 10
filing to register all the shares of the Company rather then a Reg
A.
Cannabis will file the Form 10 during the first 90 days of 2018
and will become a voluntary filer while the Form 10 filing is being
approved.
Based on its limited history a Form 10 should be completed
within the normal 120 day period.
