Atos SE (ATO.FR) said it has entered into a partnership with the cloud unit of Alphabet Inc.'s (GOOGL) subsidiary Google to address fast-growing demand for secure digital solutions for enterprises.

The French IT services company said late Tuesday that the agreement with Google Cloud includes the creation of secure solutions to protect data against cyber risks and ensure compliance. The partnership will focus on areas including hybrid cloud, data analytics, machine learning and collaboration tools.

The company didn't disclose financial details regarding the agreement.

Atos said that it plans to establish three research-and-development centers in France, the U.K. and the U.S., which will be dedicated to machine learning and artificial intelligence. The facilities will accelerate product availability for customers, the company added.
