Artilium plc (LSE/AIM: ARTA), the AIM quoted provider of innovative telecommunication software and solutions, announces that it has posted its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2017 to shareholders, together with the Notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and the Form of Proxy. The AGM will be held at the offices of Rosenblatt Solicitors, 9-13 St Andrew Street, London EC4A 3AF on Tuesday 12 December 2017 at 11.30 a.m.
