Santa Fe, the 18 year-old, four-day curated contemporary art show
taking place at the Santa Fe
Convention Center and centered around the theme [ALLURE]—the
undeniable power of contemporary and modern art to captivate,
seduce, and charm all those who are inspired by the work—announced
today the selections of its Santa Fe Selects Judges. The Santa Fe
Selects Judges were chosen for their impact and influence in the
art and design scene in the City Different, and included Arts
Commissioner Alex Hanna, SITE Santa
Fe Curator Irene Hofmann, Executive
Director of Creative Santa Fe Cyndi Conn, artist and past Governor
of Pojoaque Pueblo, George Rivera
and Principal Partner of HVL Interiors, Steffany Hollingsworth.
A number of the pieces were chosen by more than one judge; these
are denoted with an asterisk. The number of asterisks reflects the
number of times it was chosen. The list of awarded art below is
listed in no particular order, starting with the artist, title of
the work, booth number and reason for selection.
