Result of EGM and Director Appointment

Amiad (AIM: AFS), a leading global producer of water treatment and filtration solutions, announces that at the Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") of the Company held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed, including the resolutions to re-elect Mr Derek Zissman and appointing Mr Arie Schor as statutory external non-executive directors of the Company.

Simon joined the Board nine years ago and has made an outstanding contribution to the Company's development since then."
