On March 22, 2018 Vet Online Supply has clarified the Common Stock Repurchase Agreement that had been filed on March 15, 2018. In that filing Vet Online Supply, Inc. (the "Company") had announced that its Board of Directors has determined that it is in the best interests of the Corporation to initiate a program to reacquire certain shares of stock from its stockholders, and to thereafter retire said shares as non-voting Treasury stock.
The Corporation has clarified the Common Stock Repurchase Agreement on March 22, 2018.
