PDMR DEALING NOTIFICATION
Allied Minds plc (the "Company") has issued new ordinary shares
of one pence each ("Ordinary Shares") to certain persons
discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs") following the
vesting of conditional awards in the form of restricted share units
made under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan (the "LTIP") in
June 2014.
As a result, the Company received notification from the
following PDMR in relation to the subscription for Ordinary Shares
under the LTIP, and the subsequent sale of a portion of those
Ordinary Shares solely to cover federal and state income tax
liabilities arising as result of such vesting.
