AIREA plc ("Airea" or the "Company")

Airea was notified today, that on 28 June 2017, Roger Salt's
wife, Judith Salt effectively transferred 45,000 ordinary shares in
the Company into her ISA account by selling 45,000 shares at 33p
per share and then repurchasing the same number of shares at the
same price inside her ISA account.
As a result there is no change to her holding.
