Dollar Strengthens Ahead Of U.S. Industrial Production

(RTTNews) - At 9:15 am ET Tuesday, the Fed releases its report on industrial production in the month of June. Production is expected to climb by 0.5 percent in June after edging down by 0.1 percent in May.
Ahead of the data, the greenback advanced against its major counterparts.
The greenback was worth 112.65 against the yen, 0.9962 against the franc, 1.1691 against the euro and 1.3147 against the pound as of 9:10 am ET.
