Correct me if I'm wrong, the second half needs to realise a turnover of £1.16 million just to emulate zootech over the previous year (£1.9 Million).
Again correction needed if wrong, but in order to achieve the £396,000 loss on a £736,000 turnover, expenditure was around £1.13 million in the first half.
Thus to make break even on the full year,(emulating only last years turnover), Zootech needs profit of £1.56 million from £1.16 million turnover in the second half.
Highlights how much more revenue is needed in the second half from around 50 Idvd products, Menu Regionalisation and TAS.
Just my mental ramblings here and I'm happy to be shot down on this if I'm wrong guys.
