plast I havent watched them but if DVD Extra has been used then it screams out at you.If the interactive contense is professional and not basic then it’s safe to say that DVD Extra has been used. For instance if a game is on the DVD that has repeat playability then its safe to say that Extra has been used. For example, if the colour of something can be changed with 50 different colours, then this is DVD Extra. But if only 5 colours can be chosen then this is a cheap inferior product. Some inferior interactive DVD’s only have a few out comes to a game or very few menus to choose from, their for once they have been played you have witnessed all outcomes. With DVD Extra there would be 100’s of different out comes to the game, a good example is WWTBAM.
Going back to the Lord of the Rings DVD, I find it so frustrating that I can’t prove that Extra has been used. But there is no other company’s technology in the world that could have produced these DVD’s with so much content of menus and interactivity at a price that would make it commercially viable to mass market. I am now 100% convinced that LORD OF THE RINGS bonus DVD’s have been produced using Extra. We have truly found gold here
