Six-monthly Block Listing Application Update


On 4 July 2005, the Company provided an update on the number of ordinary shares
of 0.2p each ("New Ordinary Shares") under block admission under three separate
Company Share Option Schemes. As at 6 July 2005, 19,132,246 ordinary shares were
under block admission as follows:


ZOO Digital Group plc roll-over share option scheme 3,052,600
ZOO Digital Group plc Enterprise Management Incentive Scheme 9,214,310
ZOO Digital Group plc Unapproved Employee Share Option Scheme 6,865,336


The Company can confirm that for the six-month period to 29 December 2005
options over a total of 23,625 ordinary shares under the ZOO Digital Group plc
Enterprise Management Incentive Scheme have now lapsed.

In addition, options over a total of 892,860 ordinary shares under the ZOO
Digital Group plc Enterprise Management Incentive Scheme have been transferred
to the ZOO Digital Group plc Unapproved Employee Share Option Scheme.

The balance of ordinary shares remaining unissued under the block listing
application is therefore 19,108,621 as follows:

ZOO Digital Group plc Unapproved Employee Share Option Scheme 7,758,196


Further Block Listing Application

The Company announces that a further application has been made to the AIM market
of the London Stock Exchange for the block admission of an additional 953,625
New Ordinary Shares under the ZOO Digital Group plc Enterprise Management
Incentive Scheme. It is expected that dealings will commence under the above
application on 6 January 2006.

The total number of ordinary shares under block admission, following
commencement of dealings in the above application, will be 20,062,246 as
follows:
