Could be 6p Hurricane. There is no doubt the company is on its uppers relying on an overdraft to hobble on. With a vast majority of revenues accruing in the last quarter i can not see how ZOO will make ends meet in H1 2006. The costs will be at best the same as now and yet there will be next to no cash coming in until after xmas. Even if ZOO breakeven at finals i can only see them announcing another loss at interims. Overdrafts at breaking point will force ZOO to raise funds again by issuing more stock. With a dire outlook i dread to think what the level of discount will need to be to get it away. If the sp keeps diving at the current rate it might well be 6p or even lower.
These must be very anxious times for holders and, with the spectre of yet another cash call, the new year could be disturbing.
When ZOO attempt to bolster up the sp with a string of rns then we know the fund raiser is on its way. The same tactics were employed in April 2005. Accept someone blew the whistle and the whole thing was a fiasco. Typical ZOO. They will only tell shareholders good news when they are about to shaft them.
