Cash, its the figures that have just been released that are doing the talking. The company's monthly outgoings mean that it will run out of money to meet its liabilities early next year.
My comments about the possible offer price at the next fundraiser are, i admit, speculation. However, I can see the price having to be at a substantial discount to the previous offer earlier this year. This is because the market price, after these interims is going to be that much lower. 9.25p and dwindling.
I really wish ZOO well and i certainly do not like small investors to loose their hard earned. The harsh reality is that ZOO are just not delivering on their promises.
I have suffered the last 2 fundraisers and taken a long term view. I am not going to be shafted for a 3rd time. The writing was on the wall at the interims in 2004. I ignored the warning signals. This years figures make it obvious the business will need funds to continue operating with the current cost of sales. Its as simple as that.
