scotty, if you save a list in Excel with in first column number and second column name of tittle and maybe third the publisher. Then you can just insert a line between F. Then you delete the numbers column and enter 1 and 2 for the first 2 and drag the numbers down.
Have just timed it and it would takes me a full 10 sec to do this.
The list would look a lot better like this. The only problem is that I believe Excel can only take around 66000 lines so you might need a new sheet by mid 2006 ;0)


But as Dia and Swiv will have nothing todo on the other thread they might have some time to help us out on this....
