Issue of Shares



The Company announces that it has issued 2,049,759 Ordinary Shares of 25p each
pursuant to the placing with Teck Cominco Ltd announced on 12 December 2006.



Application has been made for these shares to be admitted to AIM and it is
expected that admission will take place on 27 December 2006.
