All the fractions of pennies are taken at 2p and 3p so...

Thinking that Quadrise/Masefield will not want to be associated with a literal AIM penny share with 203m shares sloshing around already.
Along with all the other RTO changes there will be a 1 for 10 share consolidation. The finance required will be easier to raise at 20/30/40p etc when the money Quadrise bring is used up. Therefore, and totally off the wall:
The EGM on the 12th Jan to OK the RTO will include a 1 for 10 and will relist on 24th Jan as QUA at 18p + %50 mark-up for the deal = 27p Told you it was off the wall but put me in at '27p after 1for10'

For what it is worth and I'm not one to ramp any share but looking at the trades since listing I think these are very tightly held (many will have been trapped in with the spread) and will rise quickly on any buying pressure. Many are held by PIs looking for a speculative profit - why would anyone hold these prior to the announcement otherwise.

Now I think many will do as I will and topslice the majority of their holding and leave 25% for the long-term. Hopefully some institutions will come in to take up the slack we leave when taking profits - better still the board are already working on some investors. Long term it could mean changing the car or retiring early its all guesswork but that is all we have at the moment so DYOR .

p.s Peteralan - is that 0.09p or £0.09 - that is a pretty wide spread ????? Might save the cost and heartache of a steward's enquiry if it relists at 9p if that is what you mean.
