"I am confident in the potential of MSAR........ used as an alternative Energy resource......... it seems that it is environmently friendly (99.99% carbon burnout) so signing of the Kyoto protocol should give it a push forward."
What a load of utter cr@p. He is really talking through his @rse. Burning oil - environmentally friendly - Kyoto - 99.99% carbon burnout -!!!!
his lack of knowledge is frightening. Please shut up if you know nothing, Nabeel. Do not pretend to be knowledgeable.
99.9% carbon burnout simply means that most of the carbon in the oil turns to carbon dioxide when the oil burns (unlike the burning oil near St Albans which produced a large amount of carbon particulates (soot to you Nabeel)
This is NOT environmentally friendly Nabeel - and certainly Kyoto does NOT endorse the release of CO2 into the atmosphere - the whole idea of Kyotoi is to control/reduce CO2 emissions.
Also, MSAR tends to hold sulphur. In order to meet environmental specifications it is necessary to install Flue Gas Desulphurization (FGD) facilities on all boilers burning MSAR. Not quite Kyoto friendly Nabby.

"It is the Rubiks Cube of the energy world"
I think you may have your wires crossed. Where the hell did you get that from? are you confusing heavy oil with solar cells, or hydrogen cells? easily done.
