resolutions were duly passed.


A notice has been sent to shareholders to convene a further general meeting at
11am on 23 January 2007 at the Studio, High Green, Great Shelford, Cambridge,
CB2 5EG at which shareholders will have the opportunity to consider the annual
report for the year ended 30 June 2006.
